Good Toronto or GTA tattoo shop?

I'm looking for a good tattoo shop in the Toronto or Greater Toronto Area. Any recommendations are appreciated. Also, please explain why you recommend that place. Thanks!

New Tribe, across from the CityTV building.  The guys will walk you through the procedure before getting the ink done, and the prices are reasonable enough that you are already planning your next one with the extra cash you'll have left over from your budget.  You need an appointment, tho.
