  1. Hi,

Well I think that you should not do it.  I would sell the saddle for $500 and then buy the pants that I wanted.  That way you get more money and the breeches that you want.  Then you would not have a case of shoulda, coulda, and woulda's.  I would say NO it is not a fair trade for you! It is for the person getting a $500.00 saddle for $300 dollars! Think of it that way, they are taking ADVANTAGE of YOU!  I suggest that you advertise that saddle and sell it then buy the breeches from the people if they are cheaper than going directly into a store! How does that sound? :-)

Hope I helped and best of luck!

  2. I believe you asked this question yesterday.  I guess we didn't tell you what you want to hear.  So I'll say it....Yes it is a great deal, go for it!!!  But don't' blame me when the breeches wear out and you feel cheated.

  3. I would say no because, you can buy breeches in the shops/saddlery and y do u ned 2 pairs? and you said that you need the extra $200, and wouldn't buy the breeches. that way you spend the money on a cheaper pair, and use the left over money for somethin else

Thats just my opinion - I think you got cheated

  4. If you need to ask, probably not.  It is a fair deal, but not necessarily a good one.  If you bought new breeches, would you buy two pairs?  Do you need two pairs?  I am sure they are nice breeches, but if one of them is only going to sit in the closet, I would say it is not a good deal.  I would personally take the money because I wouldn't need two pairs and I would have enough money that I could buy breeches that I picked out myself.
