Good Upper Body Workout routine?

Recently I injured my knee at football practice and I was wanting a good upper body routine. I am not very strong I haven't been working out very long. My 1rm was 135 a month ago and I think it has gone up but I don't have someone that will spot me all the time so I don't know. So im open to any good upper body routine.

    I directed you to the arm area of the site but overall it is an excellent complete body design.  No one to spot you, keep the weight at a manageable level.
