Good Vegetarian Restaurants for a date in Birmingham, UK?

I'm looking for a nice (and not necessarily expensive) restaurant in Birmingham UK where I can take a date who is a vegetarian. It needs to make a nice impression and not be too far walking distance. Im thinking the Mailbox or Brindley Place?

Any ideas?
