I'm usually a big fan of thriller horror gorey kinda stuff, but I've found that I really love the subject of historical fiction types of books and movies relating to Versailles in the 16 and 1700's. since this is a major change of pace for me, i wanna go with it and find some things that i like. i loved marie antoinette, but i'm mad i can't get it on my ipod. i even read some little kid books about it too and loved those even though i read them in an hour or so. i think i even found a podcast of some old man saying something about versailles, but i have no clue what thats gonna be like but hey, its free. so...after all that, the main point. are there any good movies out there about versailles that a person my age would be really interested in? I'm ok with it having a little bit of tackyness in it, cause i do know how to fastforward as most of the movies i've seen about it have had that kind of stuff in it, but i would like your opinions. thanks!

  1. Here's a start. "Marie Antoinette" a 1938 MGM movie starring Norma Shearer, Tyrone Power, Robert Morley, John Barrymore. This movie depicts her point of view. I hope that this has been a help to you.
