Good Windows XP tweaks/tips and tricks?

Question

Does anyone know any websites where I can check out good tweaks/tips and tricks for Windows XP.

I mainly want them for performance, maintain memory etc.

check out nlite (http://www.nliteos.com/) to make a stripped down or performance oriented XP install.  It even makes the ISO and there's no need to put a key in ever again.  Then everytime you install it you wont have to tweak it, it will already be done.  You can also integrate service packs and hotfixes.
