Good Workout Routine? 10 pts?

Im 12 yrs old.im 187 lbs.(not all fat, im more of a "meaty" type) height is 5'9. I want a good workout that I can do everyday that wont kill me.. Im gunna start boxing in a few weeks so I wanna be ready.. I wanna get used to the "body killing" workouts at the boxing gym.. I want a workout that builds strength, stamina, endurance,etc....All I have is: A speed rope, Portable punching heavy bag, and Ab Swing, a pair of training gloves, and my self.. And any dieting tips is very much appreiciated..

  1. what do you mean by 10pts? anyway, find a gym, and lift weights. and all those things u have, use them.


  2. be sure to eat as healthy as you can, fruits veggis meats so on. you can do push ups and work with your bag as many times a week as possible. run and maybe try and get to the gym.

  3. Running, abdominal work outs, lifting weights, and of course not eating much greasy food eat your vegetables and try to stay away from sugary substances.

  4. daily plan - 15 min  running. 15 min skip rope. 15 min punch bag. 15 min sparring.

    Then you should be ready.

  5. don't worry about the work outs you should be worried about the brain damage it is going to give you unless you are a vegetable already...
