i mean i already do pushups and etc, but are there certain things that i can also do to help me get stronger? besides using weights, im trying to restrain from that at the moment. But can you guys give me any ideas for good body building routines? Im going to try and do wrestling again this year, and i need to be in the best shape possible, so i need something that wont take to long, but will also start getting me pumped. thank you.
