  1. Tell her he's a fool, that she's the best thing that ever happened to you, that you love her with all your heart. New hairdo can also boost confidence ;) sounds superficial but it does help

  2. Keep telling her that she is the most precious gift that god could give (im not religious) and that she is better off away from thet person.  She could do a lot better than him and she will meet a good man in time someone who will love her and be kind and spoil her like she needs to be spoiled.

  3. Your a wonderful girl and the world isnt always perfect but if you just keep you chin up be that beautiful girl we all know you are...And the man of your dreams will come calling....And if that doesnt work i can always kick him in the nuts for you :) Chin up

Say summit like that and take her to a nice vacation resort treat her etc

  4. Encourage her to take a self-defense course. That will raise her confidence AND make it possible to keep such things from happening again. If she feels shy about going, sign up with her. All women should do it... especially these days.

  5. Its a touchy 1, i watched my sister get beaten for 7 yrs but she wouldnt leave.

It is frustrating and sad but they never seem to leave or always defend them to some degree.

I would tell her that if she continues to stay or defend him, then she is without actually saying it , accepting his behaviour. How could a man love someone that he beats / hits etc or verbally puts down all the time??

She is a far better person when she is not with him and how much of her life is she willing to waste loving someone that doesnt love her back???

I wish you all the very best but at the end of the day we need to live and learn and it took my sister 7 yrs to learn.

    Shelly Good Luck...

  6. i would recomend splashing out on new clothes haircut and nite out with her friends .. i had the same trouble i ended up wit broken bones bein nock out by punches 2 head etc.. what made me more confedent was i was buildind my self up by lookin good and s**y its always good conidence builder if guys are droolin ova ya .. it makes me smile anyway

tell her good luck and good on her for getting rid of that down and out loser .. it took me 4 years to get the courage to chuck the bas***d that hurt me and my daughter (hence she was ony 3 weeks when he attempted to shake her to death )
