Good and bad about cheerleading and tryouts?

I've been wanting to joy cheerleading since two years ago, and I decided to tryout this upcoming school year. So I was wondering what are the good bad bad things about cheerleading and what to expect during the tryouts, or if you guys have any suggestions.

ps. im not good at explits, does that count?

Cheeerleading is soo much fun!
But if you already have a busy schedule it might not be a good idea to join cheer, it takes up sooo much time, but you have to make it work and keep up your grade or you get kicked off.
You can't be shy because there is always someone watching you. You need to be able to handle criticasm(they're only trying to help). At practices you have to pay attention and make sure you know all the cheers and dances. It would suck having to perform something you don't know. Practices are tough because you're always working on something but you get in good shape.
You make tons of new friends and many memories! (: It's a great experience.

It costs a lot of money too.
