Good and meaningful community and service ideas?

Question

i have a sister in grade 5, and she has been asked to plan out a community and service idea for herself this year.

Can someone please help me with a good idea???

By saying good, i mean that it has to be meaningful, something which actually benefits the community.....

for example, last year, i made a website for people to donate blood.

so do u get what i mean??

i dont want one of those common and not so impactful projects like animal shelters or recycling..because these already exist in her school.

we need something which really makes a meaningful contribution to the community.

any ideas please??!!
