The West Indian cricket captain, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Bangladesh-c747 as morale boosters for his team, and said that the Caribbean dressing room is a happier place to be in after the series triumph.
The Windies have gained an unbeatable 2-0 lead in the three-match series, with the final clash scheduled to be held at Chittagong on Tuesday, October 18, 2011.
After suffering an embarrassing loss in the one-off Twenty20 International, the Caribbean Kings roared back into the competition and clinched two comprehensive wins on the trot.
The first victory came by a margin of 40 runs, while the West Indian side sealed the series by imposing an emphatic eight wicket win in the second One Day International (ODI).
The jubilant West Indian skipper disclosed that the atmosphere in the dressing room is great and the players are confident of doing well in the remaining of the tour.
“In all departments, there is always room for improvement and the players have been talking about how they can get better and improve their skills, so it is clear everyone is focussed on moving forward.  So far, we've been batting well and we lost only six wickets in two ODIs. Credit to the guys for all the hard work they have put in," said Sammy.
The skipper however, asked his teammates not to be complacent after a little success, as the side still has a long way to go.
The West Indian team is currently languishing at the seventh position in the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/ICC-World-Cup-2011-c100625 ODI rankings.
Reiterating his aim to reach among the top-5, the skipper uttered that the 3-0 win against the Bengali Tigers will be the first step towards greater glory.
"As a team, we have overall goals and we always aim to play total team cricket. We put in a very professional display in the ODI series and we want to continue this," added the 27-year-old all-rounder who is yet to show his batting skills in the ongoing battle.
