  1. you need to provide more info for us to know it is a good match

1st of all you don't look at peak/max wattage when you look at amps and subs, just RMS wattage

RMS wattage ratings are a measure of continuous power — while different manufacturers will use somewhat different methods to come up with these figures, it's usually a more "real-life" rating of your equipment's capabilities. Peak power, on the other hand, doesn't try to reflect realistic operation. It's simply a measure of how much power can be generated or handled for very short bursts

info needed to know if you have the correct amp for your subs

    the subs impedance (ohms)

the subs setup (is it DVC or SVC)

the subs wattage (RMS not peak/max)

are you using a ported/slotted box (prefab or are you making it)

what is the amps output (RMS wattage, how many channels)

  2. ...and why are you anwereing questions if you don't know the answer to your own question?!?!?!?

  3. should be ok if both subs are dual 2 ohm voice coils. this will allow you to have a final ohm load of 2 ohms if wired like in the middle picture

    http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer...

if the subs are dual 4 ohm voice coils and the amp is not 1 ohm stable, you might run into trouble like, the amp will go into protect/thermal mode at high volumes and theres a chance of blowing fuses.

remember to never have any settings on the amp at Max, and never have the gain/level 3/4 high. this will give a distorted signal to the subs and theres a chance of damaging the coils.
