Good back to school outfit, make up, and hair?

I can't wear jeans and shirts with writing or short shorts but what do you think of this outfit? Tell me what you think of the outfit and the hair and make up.

check the weather to make sure you wont be too hot though/or maybe too cold.

good natural makeup is mascara brown eyeliner on the bottom and pink/sand colors shimmery eyeshadow

  It honestly looks like something every average teenager would wear nowadays; but with that aside, it's ok.  xD
