  2. hold the ball between ur legs, with both hands on the ball, right hand in front and left hand in back. quickly switch hands (now left hand is in the front and right hand is in the back). without letting the ball touch the ground. do as quickly as possible. it's hard to get this but after a few days, u'll know how to do it. it will help ur ball handling a lot. trust me.

  3. If you have a couple of friends you can do dribble tag. In this drill you put people in a certain amount of space and you have to keep your ball within that space, while trying to steal the other players ball. For more info you can email me.
