Good bar in sydney?

I am looking for a bar/pub to go in sydney on a FRIDAY noght to catch up with a girlfriend. We want somewhere not too noisy and somewhere warm being winter. 10 points up for grabs

the ivy!!!... on george street.. i think ..

its such a nice place, n classy. u can eat there too. and there is heating in there..

its heaps good there. i have been twice before, and am planning on going back. soon i hope!

its a dressy place, like most places in syd  i guess..

guys were their like suit pants and dressy shirts.
