I'm 5'11, 180 pounds, and im in average/above average shape. I play AA ball this summer, but i would like to improve to try and make the AAA team this fall. I dont feel like im very far away from making the team (i play against them this year), but i feel if i workout from now until early October, that will put me over the top. Im not sure what kinda stuff to do that will get me in better "AAA" shape, so a workout plan would be appreciated. Also, i have a bench, with 80 pounds of weights, and i play first base and pitch.
