Good/best 21 and over clubs in LA aread?

a friend of mine is coming from canada and she LOVES to party and coming to LA mainly for the 'night life' experience. where are some really good clubs in LA? i know sunset has some but what are the cover charges/req to get in? im introducing her to a friend of mine so i am under a lotta pressure to make sure everyone has a good time. any suggestions?

A guaranteed good time is Saddle Ranch on Sunset it is always packed and you should get there early and get a table they have a mechanical bull that alot of girls ride.
