Good bicept and shoulder workouts?

i do bicept curls and stuff but i need something a little more challanging and/or entertaining to do

  1. try to do preacher curls or change it up doing hammers and you can super set doing normal curls with palms out then drop the weight and do curls where you rotate as you rise and then drop the weight and do hammer curls to finish it out

    for shoulders do some frontal arm raises with the weight and to the sides, you can also try to do some arnolds. sorry it'd be easier to explain if you could actually see what they were instead of reading them so do a google image search
