The greatest cyberpunk novel of all time. Pretty much all cyberpunk has gangster elements.

I have never read, nor do I know anyone who reads this genre. I can suggest two amazing movies however. Breathless and Forbidden Games are both foreign gangster films and are amazing. Maybe you should read some non-fiction on gangs and gangsters. I have found when I can find no new books in a genre to read, reading non-fiction can supplement my reading needs.
