Can anyone recommend one?

Please answer only if you have read the book you are suggesting (don't list results from a Google search, I can do that myself.)

Thanks!

  1. I read the book Sam suggested about 8yrs ago and it's a GREAT book.  It was very helpful and I saw results within days. Humorous and easy to read, gives plenty of examples every family has seen and teaches you skills to help with your kids. The book is really for older children where all the children involved are old enough to understand what fighting is. I'd say 2.5yr+. Good luck.

  2. On how to handle it or what it's about...?

Edit: Ok, there's a book called Siblings Without Rivalry: How to Help Your Children Live Together So You Can Live Too. I read it back in college and used some of the methods once I had kids. It's VERY funny and talks about helping your children build a relationship, certain skills etc. It does no talk about riverarly/jealously between an older sibling and a newborn. If that's what you're looking for, let me, know. I can see what other books I have from school or give your information. Make sure if you look for this book you get the newer edition because the original is from 1987.
