Good books which are set in Italy?? help!!?

im 14 atm and ive run out of books :(.

are there any good books that are set in italy and are romance ? ive never read romance. my friends said i should try but i have no clue on any good ones. I want to try ones set in italy and in our time. not set 70 years ago.

please help!
