  1. hit it with combo. like left jab and right hook and straight punch. and hit hard

  2. If you are a beginner, start out by isolating all your punches.  After you have trained for a few months and built up your technique and your cardio, then you will know what to do.  But for now, do something like this:

First (3-minute) round: The Jab.  Throw the jab to the head for the 1st minute.  Then jab to the body for the 2nd minute.  Finally, double it up for the 3rd minute.

    Rest a minute between rounds.

Second round: The Straight Right.  Throw the right to the head for a minute, concentrating on pivoting the right foot.  Then spend a minute throwing it to the body, concentrating on squatting down and pivoting.  For the 3rd minute, throw the 1-2 combination, concentrating on hip rotation.

Third round: The Left Hook.  For the first minute, work on the left hook to the head, in close with perfect form.  The second minute, throw it to the body, the mechanics are different than those you used when you threw it to the head.  For the final minute, throw a longer-range left hook; the mechanics will be different than the other two versions.  Be careful!  If you are training yourself, check out some left hook tutorials on YouTube or someplace, because you can really mess your hand/wrist up with the left hook if you don't know how to throw it properly.  Don't throw it with power unless you have worked up to it over the course of a month or so (and unless you have your hands wrapped).

Fourth round: Right Hook and Overhand Right.  During the first minute, throw the right hook, concentrating on form.  For the 2nd and 3rd minutes, throw hard knockout shots, first with the right hook, then with the overhand right.

Additional rounds: Combinations and footwork.  Learn the 1-2 and the 1-2-3.  Have fun.

Make sure to keep your hands up and snap your punches back to your guard.  Make sure to incorporate defense into your offense.  Check out videos online to learn proper technique.  Good luck.

  3. hit it hard

  4. Try This!

    30 seconds non stop punching

30 seconds non stop punching-box jump 30 sec non stop

1 minute hard punching non stop

1 minute squat and punch non stop then increase as you get better. Can't give all my secrets away ......lol

Try it for 20 minutes and see how you feel

    GOOD LUCK
