  1. Well if you are speaking breakfast around 1:46am I'd definitely suggest IHOP, they are REAL friendly. The people around that time are REAL family oriented.

    Might I add, I really like the syrup from EyeHOp.


  2. I'm not sure what your budget is, but the Queen Mary has Champagne Sunday Brunch. You need to make reservations.
