  3. That sounds fine but I would add some sort of fresh fruit, juice and coffee.

  4. Wow. You're right in the middle of the Summer berry season, so I'd have to recommend pancakes and offer your guests an assortment of fresh berries to add to the top of their pancake before you flip it over.

  7. A quiche or a breakfast casserole would be great and no, it would not be weird to have sausages and/or bacon or coffee cake but instead of coffee cake, maybe a selection of muffins would be better - not as messy and you can offer more variety.  Also a variety of bagels and cream cheeses would be nice and a fresh fruit salad or fruit platter - fruit is a great breakfast item.  Don't forget coffee, hot tea and a small selection of juices for drinks.

  8. I love quiche with a fresh salad. I don't think you'd need sausage with the quiche but you could serve the coffee cake as a starter with coffee. Have fun!

  9. quiche lorraine

spinach, egg, and gruyere panini bites

and diced potatoes with peppers and onions

coffee cake and/or assorted pastries( croissants, danishes, muffins, bagels)

rectangular plates of sliced cantaloupe, pineapple decorated with fresh berries (for each table) or bowls of whole fruit
