check out the knot.com. They have local message boards. You caan ask other brides in your area.

David's Bridal is always a good place to start.

You can head over to Kleinfeld's, but I don't know how much you or your BMs want to spend because they can get pricey.

Also check out RK Bridal--in the city.  If you are willing to travel outside of the city a bit, there's also Bridal Elegance (Dix Hills I believe), Wedding Center (Commack) and Burton's Bridal (Melville I believe).

well i know there is a Davids bridal in queens.(i lived in ny for a few month when my sister was getting married and i got my dress from there)

Im not sure what your looking for, if you want an exotic NY esk bridal shop. or if your just looking for something with nice dresses with prices not through the roof. (thats what Davids bridal is lol)

go to davidsbridal.com, you can look at the dresses on there. and you can find a store there. i think queens is the only place with one around there. but its a very big store.

Klinefields, I"m not sure on the spelling. It is a fantastic Bridal Salon, and they have a huge selection of dresses and prices.
