Good buffets in Bay Area?

We're throwing a surprise birthday dinner for a friend. What are some good buffets (under $20 per person) in the Bay Area? (San Jose, Milpitas, Cupertino, Santa Clara, etc.)

Todai's is pretty good, Hometown Buffett (it's pretty cheap, but the food isn't that bad), China China Buffet.

todai's....it's like 30 bucks per person for dinner and 15 bucks for lunch but free the birthday boy/girl

Definitely Todai's.
