please help list a few good but cheap restaurants in london,?

i need to take my girlfriend out for our anniversary

or if you could name anything else we could do to celebrate it?

we're 17, and i aint got a whole load of cash to spend. but i want her to enjoy it, and remember it.

Le Mercury in Angel. It's got a nice romantic atmosphere, small tables with candles. It's on upper street....

If you like chinese then The New World in China Town is Great. Go there for Dim sum. These are numerous chinese delacies, freshly cooked. and displayed on different trollies that pass your table at regular intervals. Just ask (as everyone does), what delights are on a specific trolly and the helpful staff will assist you. It`s a totaly different eating experience, and guaranteed to impress your partner. Dim sum is only served lunchtime (12am-3pm), but you could give it a try, then head around the corner into Covent Garden (1min.) where loads of wine bars and trendy pubs await you. Take in a show, it`s all on the doorstep. For a superb meal in the heart of W1, at £25-£30 per couple, it`s great!
