Good bye gift for preschool teacher?

Im looking for ideas for my daugther to make for her preschool teacher. She will be starting kindergarden this year, and leaving her much loved preschool teacher. She has bee with this same teacher for 4 years, so they have a fantastic relationship...

Honestly...I would say a gift card to her favorite store or restaurant.  I work in the early childhood field and the pay is not very good in most places.  The teachers that work in my school ALWAYS appreciate gift cards, especially if it is for somewhere that they always go.  It shows that you pay attention.  If you think it is too impersonal, put it in a handmade card with a special note.  The personalized note is also appreciated!

you could get them a book, or a candle or some soap ask them what there favorite color is and get them some flowers or a gift card or something

Maybe a mini scrapbook, you could put pictures of your daughter and of her teacher in it and then let your daughter decorate the pages... Or get a picture frame and let your daughter decorate it and then put a picture of your daughter with her teacher in it...
