Good camcorder for teenagers ?

hello im 14 and i want a camcorder iv seens some on ebay for about 100$ suc as the SVP HDDV-3000 they shoot 12mp, but 100$ seems pretty cheap for a video camera rite??? are these cameras any good??? should i consider getting one??? i only need someting that will shoot short videos of the stupid stuff me and my friends do but i still want good quality and some storage space
