what is a good camera for youtube?

I don't get it.  Why do we now need a camera with 'youtube' feature?  Is it a marketing ploy?

All you gotta do is just use the video setting on your digital camera, (use the better setting i.e. 640x480 at 30fps).  When you download the video to your computer, you can then just upload from computer to 'youtube'.  So easy my middle schooler son does it all the time.

So, any digital camera brand with video setting will work.

i saw a casio digital camera have a YouTube poster on it , and includes a cd have some programs for uploading to youtube and other stuff
