ebay has alot of good deals. just make sure you use buy it now and feedback is like 95% or higher, i buy all the time.

go down to your local communtist walmart

I would actually check on craigslist, or a local pawn shop.  Used stereo stuff is so cheap once it leaves the store you'll be amazed what ya can snatch for $500.  Good luck.
