Good car with high Ncap rate and low fuel price?

Hi,

I wonder what you would suggest for as a car that has a good safety rate for drivers and passengers, is fuel efficient and (if possible) is fun to drive? A price and drive experience review would be good too...

Renault Clio has a 4 star Ncap, can get 60 mpg for the diesel and if you get the Dynamique version is also fun to drive.

The price for an 02 model should start at around £1500 to £5000  for a 12 month old model.
