Good cheap overclockable mobo suggestions please?

I currently have an intel 6320 @stock.

ddr2 667

ati 3870

a crappy mobo I intend to replace.

I would like to overclock the 6320, I know they are capable of 3Ghz on stock cooling. I am also lead to believe that to achieve that much I would need faster ram.

Planned upgrade path is mobo, ram, cpu, gpu over the next year or so.

mobo budget is max 100 pounds/ $200.....cheaper would be nice.

All advice greatly appreciated (except "you shouldn't overclock")

I use a Gigabyte DS3L. its good for ocing. $90. Im assuming you have LGA775 socket anything else is a waste.
