Good citrus cleaner to clean skateboard bearings?

I just got some bones reds and it says to clean with a citrus based cleaner or solvent.

We dont have a skate shop where i live so im just wandering what is a good citrus based cleaner/solvent i can buy at a hardware store or like department store

Use denatured alcohol.  You can get at any hardware store or paint store.  Most citrus cleaners are water based and many of them leave a sticky residue.
