Good clubs in sydney to have a 21st birthday?

My friends and I all celebrated our 21st birthdays in Sydney a few months ago. Good clubs are:

Kings Cross:

- Empire Hotel: $5 vodka red bulls and $10 champagne until 11 p.m., dancing starts around midnight.

- World Bar: "Teapots" of mixed drinks, but during the week dancing isn't very good.

Darling Harbour:

- Bungalow 8- classy, big, VIP rooms, but not much dancing

- Cargo Bar- classy, on the water. not much dancing either and usually too busy to move

George St:

- Jackson's on George- lots of dancing-- fog machines, strobe lights, cages, and more. Cheesy but awesome songs like "girls just want to have fun". multiple floors.
