  2. Don't exactly know what you are trying to say......but.

    1. Make sure you do wide crossovers(spread  arms far as possible)

    2. Make them low and FAST

    3. Add a jab before doing one.

    4. One of my favorite moves with a cross over is when you recieve a pass, swing it to the other side of your body, jab then cross over, It's called the craddle.
