Good cruise travel agency?

Hey all,

A grop of my friends and I (6 in total) want to take a girlfreind getaway. Wanted ot know if it is beter to just search the site for cheap cruises or use travel agency service on the we. If the travel agency is best, has anyone used one in particular that is really good and not too pricey? Thanks! Oh by the way we are thinking somewhere in th carribean a 3 day 2 night cruise.

Decide which cruise line you want to go on and call them direct and book through them.  No need for a travel agent, actually it seems to simplify the transaction doing it yourself, no middle man.

You can go to: cruisecritic.com on the web and click on which ship you will be cruising with and it is phenomenal how you will learn the answer to every question you have.  People that cruise a lot will tell you anything you want to know.  You can read questions and answers or you can ask your own question and get answers.  You will know more then what most travel agents know after reading from all the experienced cruisers out there.  They have saved me money and gave me very good advice.

They're extremely experienced, offer the same deals as the cruise lines and the big online travel sites, and even better don't charge any service fees.

There's no hidden fees either, they quote their prices WITH taxes and port charges included.

I always book through Carnival directly.  My Vacation Planner there always gets me the lowest prices available, and has always gotten me upgrades after I have booked.  The Carnival Sensation would be great for what you are looking for.  It sails out of Port Canaveral on Thursday afternoon, and returns on Sunday morning, with a stop in Nassau on Friday.

find your best deal on line ..then go see a agent ...they get paid by the cruise line not you.. if it's price and party go with Carnival ..a agent can really make a first cruise go much smoother. remember when you go can really influence the price

Try cruisecompete.com. Put in which cruise you want info for and you'll get quotes from multiple travel agents. online vacation center and vacations to go also have cheap cruise prices.
