Good cycling time??

i cycled 5.1miles on a excercise bike......on med level....is 17.00mins a good time for that?what would be a respectable time??

  1. I agree with Liam;  where you bushed at all?  Sweating good?    If so, then you have a good place to start.  Try increasing the level by one (the machines in my gym vary from 0-20) and see if you can still do it in 17 min.


  2. Were you knackered after your session if yes then that was good. Now all you have to do is use that as a bench mark and every week or so try and beat that time.
