Good dance songs for wedding?

what are good dance songs if you were to choreograph moves for it? it can't be crazy long and not like a crazy song because we need to dance to it (for a wedding) thanks..

and i don't mean like "4 minutes-madonna" like if you can get a funny song or something different..

  1. I would pick a song that means something to you (I'm assuming your the bride).  If you haven't danced before, pick something with a strong beat.  I can't remember the name of the artist, but a song with the chorus "These small hours, still remain" was really touching.  Another way to pick would be to figure out what flavor you want the song to have....jazzy, latin, blues...and start looking by genre.

    "Sing, Sing, Sing"

    "Jump, Jive, an' Wail" by Louis Prima

    There's also "September" by Earth, Wind, and Fire

    "Celebration" by Kool & the Gang

    "One Fine Day" by the Chiffons

  3. me and my hubby did the hand jive from grease, there's also a vid on u tube that is a wedding party doing thriller.

  4. "Fishing in the dark" By Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.   I know two of my friends that had that song played at their wedding! It's very fun and upbeat!
