Good desk speakers and sub woofer

Question

I want to get some speakers and a sub woofer for my desk. I want it to at least have 4 speakers and a sub woofer. I want it to have really good sound quality. ill be using it for music and movies on my laptop. can someone give me a list of good sets and links to go with it. i can only go up to 800$. thanks!

Logitech makes some nice computer speakers including some that are THX certified and do a great job.

try the brand altec lansing..i have some and they are amazing.. espicially the sub woofer
