Good digital cameras?

where can i find good quality (7MP or more) digital camera for no more that $150.

            they are three dimentional     lol

im just kiding i have a sony cyber shot i got it at walmart it has a 7.2mp it great and easy to use it cost me like 200 i think its worth it

they also have 14 for 300

and i think ive seen a fat version of mine with less mp

and for a lower cost but i like mine its so sleek
