Good dive bars in springfield, MA area?

recently turned 21 and it seems everywhere ive been is a sports bar or some S****y club/bar and all i want is a dirty hole in the wall joint that plays decent music (anything but hip hop/rap/beats) and has at least some people my age. anyone got any leads for me?
