okay im 13 and i really like doing all nighters etc whats the best HEALPHY drink to keep you awake or even food DO NOT SAY COFFEE I HATE IT

  1. Allnighters are bad for you especially when you are a teenager and still growing. You need to make sure you are getting at least 8 hours sleep every night.

    There is no such thing as a health drink to keep you awake. Any drink that will keep you awake is either loaded with caffeine, and/or loaded with sugar. Either way, that's not great.


  2. At your age you need as much a sleep as you can get cause you're still young. Don't pull all nighters too often.

  3. Iced cold water,its healthy and cheap.

    Easier way is if you have to do an 'all nighter' do it once a month and use the following day to recharge your bodies batteries.

  5. Dont chuck all nighters much when you're 13.. It will stunt your growth.

    Every once in a while is ok.. Healthy drinks? Well, cold water does the trick.. The cold will keep you awake for a while.

    Monster or Rock Star that has fruit juice - like Orange Juice or Guava.

    Caffeinated tea -- this is healthy.

    Energy bars that has caffeine - but beware of the labels and just consume these products moderately.

  11. Try Coca Cola - I'm an all nighter pensioner and me and my partner do the town here in London frequently and we usually only ever drink Coke - yup, keeps us alive and awake all night.

    Things go better with Coke.

    You probably never hear of him, but a comedian name of Bob Newhart once said that he was down to only eight Cokes a day.

    You'll be okay on about 3 - 4 bottles a night.

  16. drink green tea it has a lot of antioxidant which help prevent cancer and it also has many other health benefits, add honey or sugar to it which can make it taste way better, it's also extremely caffienated.

    (that means no cat naps the same day, or the next day)

    13 is a bit young for staying awake 24 hours...

    and do not play with your internal clock at this age, cause if you set it to the wrong time, It will be real hard to get it back to the proper GROWING Time needed at your age...

  19. Certain foods will keep you awake... ham, bacon, sausages, cheese,  tomatoes, peppers, smoked meats, fish and, chocolate.

    As for drinks, energy drinks are no bueno. They are so ridiculously bad for you. They're like... chemical cocktails. Uhm, cranberry juice will naturally keep you awake. Uhm, orange juice... tea has caffeine in it. Just, things like that.

  20. None of them are very healthy.  Green tea would be  the least harmful if you were planning on drinking tons to stay awake.

  21. It's not healthy to force yourself to stay awake when you body needs sleep (sleep deprivation is regarded as torture by the UN and no doubt by the Social Services :-) ).

    SO, if you want to stay awake all night, all you have top do is  SLEEP ALL DAY the day before .. (and the day after)

    Just make sure you get at least 8 hours (10 is better) of sleep in any 24 and you should be OK.

  22. Red bull, V or Mother you can get sugar free versions now. Try taking a multivitamin or a few berocca.
