  1. I really good duet is "Macavity" from cats. You will need to get the original London cast version though because most after that have been made into solo's. But its a great Duet. Very good if you have a low voice because it gives lots of room to move from lower register up into your head voice. Its in the style of the song to do that.

  2. k, i agree for good from wicked is an amazing song to sing. =]

uh is it a guy or girl you are dueting with? if a guy i suggest "angel". agh can't remember who its by but it is a beautiful song. if you want to know more email me at bunnysoccer@sbcglobal.net. sorry i can't think of it right now.

i'm assuming your alto if you can't sing high. another one for a guy would be "a priest" from sweeney todd since the role of mrs. lovett is an alto as well.

for girls...toughie. i'm sure there are many songs to sing, but if you really want to show off some skill and impress people, take a normal song you both like. One person sings the original notes, while the other harmonizes with them. Instant Duet. However, if you don't know the proper techniques for harmonizing and creating chords, then don't bother.

just look up some duet songs on google or whatever. Or if your school has a choir teacher or someone, ask them if they can help you two select a good song for both your voice ranges.

    Good Luck!!!

  3. For Good from wicked is super beautiful duet

  4. Because of you by kelly clarkson ft. reba mcentire. everyone knows that song so it will capture the attention of the crowd. and kelly clarkson sings low during most of the song.

    Hope I helped.
