Good dutch rock music?

Hi, I'm learning Dutch, and I'm interested in finding some nice rock/rnb songs

  1. Hi Stephen,

    You should check out "Doe Maar", "De Dijk", "Het Goede Doel", "Marco Borsato" and "André Hazes"... Of course there is much more to listen to but these are very accessible and a good mix of some of the most popular Dutch artists/bands from the last 20 or 30 years. Most importantly though, they all sing in proper Dutch without too much of a local accent... Well, André Hazes has an Amsterdam accent and some have a slight eastern or southern Dutch accent but nothing too heavy... Good to learn Dutch from... You could also listen to bands like Normaal or Rowen Heze but they're not easy to understand for most Dutch people even...
