Good employment / recruitment agencies, birmingham (UK) city centre?

Question

I am looking for work in Birmingham City Centre / Five Ways and I want to get in touch with an agency, if there is one you have used and recommend let me know.

Customer Services - Call Centre - Office Work

Also any tips you can give me on etiquette/what I should do when going to agencies would be helpful.

I have been to a couple of agencies before and not got anywhere with them and don't know where I went wrong.

best place to ask is probably your local job centre for the best agencies or on the main high street where the german market is now theres a few..
