Good enough reason to take a digital camera back?

Got my digi cam a few days before my holiday, ruined half my pics cause it was constantly blurring even if i was holding it as still as i could! (GUTTED) and makes a clicking noise whilst its on, I know its sad asking a question about a digi cam but its annoying me now! Any suggestions?

You should be able to return it as long as you are still in the time limit of the return policy where you bought it from.

What mode do you have it set on? If you have it in night mode or the shutter speed is set to slow then that would cause blurring.
