Question:

Good exercise regime?

monday - netball training 1 hour

tuesday - school games lesson 1 hour

wednesday - fitness (gym) 1 hour

thursday - netball training 1 hour

friday - school p.e lesson 1 hour

saturday - /

sunday - cycle to pool 10 mins, swim 2 hours, cycle home 10 mins

none of the exercise is particularly straining, but is it good enough to keep me fit?

and by the way - is it better to run before or after breakfast?

  1. if you dont slack off then it should be pretty good


  2. That sounds very good.

    I always run after breakfast, because it's much more efficient to run with something in your stomach. But not RIGHT after breakfast, because then it'll just make you sick.

  3. i'd run afterwards, because your burning calories & then putting more in right after you eat, that's just how i see it. and it seems like a good routine. just keep it up & be motivated
