monday - netball training 1 hourtuesday - school games lesson 1 hourwednesday - fitness (gym) 1 hourthursday - netball training 1 hourfriday - school p.e lesson 1 hoursaturday - /sunday - cycle to pool 10 mins, swim 2 hours, cycle home 10 minsnone of the exercise is particularly straining, but is it good enough to keep me fit?and by the way - is it better to run before or after breakfast?thanks
