Good exercise routine to tone hips legs and buns?

I don't need to lose any weight but I want to tone up my legs, hips and buns. What is the best way to do this? I try to run up and down the stairs in my house but I can only it a few times before I get out of breath. Thanks.

  1. squats and lunges my buns are lifted toned and shaped and so are my legs  


  2. try doing squats!
